two 15" L7s with orion 2500?

Anybody here every heard two 15" kicker L7s being powered by an orion 2500d? Im about to purchase an orion 2500d to run both of 15" kicker L7s and wanted to know of what you guys think of that setup?

Hes worried, i told him that i would set the gains for him and hook up his system and that he would have no probs.

You would be able to run it @ .5 or 2ohms. So it would be safe. But why pay that much money when you wont be using the full power output potential? You might be better off with a amp that can produce required power @ 2ohms, that is cheaper.

What do you recommend? Would I be better running 3 L7s with the orion 2500d?

Buy that F-er before I do lol. Hook it up @ 2ohms, have chinny set the gain with a DMM for the proper RMS on the L7's and bump away

He will run it at .5 and i will set the gain with a dmm to get around 1000w per sub, remember box impedance will play a role here + the stock electrical system he has.
