He's been around forever. in the early 90's he rapped himself into the Guiness Book of World Records for being the fastest rapper. In 1997, he tried to beat his own record, but was beaten out by RebelXD who is now the record holder.

I personally like Twista's song - Unsolved Mysteries.

you come to the chi ("shy") most rappers here are fast. hit up some underground chicago gangsta sh*t and you'll see what I'm tawn bout. when me and my brother were little if you couldn't rap fast, you couldn't rap.

But yea Twista definitely isn't anything new. I guess you could say he's new to the "commercial" game but definitely not to the rap game. Po pimps with do or die got him some exposure back then, but if you was up on underground gangsta here in chicago, you'd know about twista, do or die, legendary traxster & cwal, crucial conflict, triple darkness, psychodrama, etc.

Overnight Celebrity has the kick's bass as the main "bass" that hits. I go for basslines.

Like spottieottiedopalicious by outkast, that's got a good bassline. g-unit's wanna get to know you song has a good bassline but if it was a live bass player, it'd tight.
