Ok, due to alot of things the show was rescheduled for Sunday Oct 19th.

It will still be held at HOOTERS in West Monroe, La, and we are getting sign-ups started at NOON. Likely start running at ~1:30-2pm.

Classes (based on full RMS power)

0-600w

601-1200w

1201-2400w

2401w+/pro

Entry is $20 per vehicle, you get two 1 minute runs on the TL.

Loudest of the day will take home the King of the Streets trophy.

We are also having a $5 speaker toss.

Edit:

Our vehicles from the shop will not be competing, so don't worry about that...we will run the trucks through the lanes, but just to demo.

Other local shops are welcome to attend, but shop workers will automatically be in the Pro class.

Id like to see how far a DD 95 series could be tossed ..lol...50#'s I don't think would be very far....

What model DD sub given away will depend on # of entries in the Sub Toss.

If a few people join in, its likely to be a DD1512 or DD2512.

Gentleman, will there be a general car show as well, or is this a sound competition event only? I have a nice set-up, however it's more for show and SQ, not SPL (THough it can get loud). LA CRX has seen my LS so he knows.

This is just an SPL comp.

Pretty much just a meet for the locals.

And yea, its the same date as Sik Nik.

I rescheduled and got flyers made, then realized the dates conflicted.

But oh well, like I said this is mainly for locals...not many loud guys show. (non-sanctioned event)

I worked on the CRX some today...I hope to have it ready by Sunday...its inspected again...finally...lol
