there are some crystal hlcd's on ebay. guy was selling them on here for like $100.

i would scoop those up asap.

email the seller, offer him $100. i bet he will give em to you with the quickness. his username on this forum is cd6551. you will need a nice active crossover and prolly some eq'in for it tho.

The horns? I think its the same guy I bought my mids from.....Problem is, I dont think I could install them......

Could they be crossed over at 1600? Would they work well for an active setup relying on the crossovers in the 880prs?

1600 is allot for just about any tweeter, no matter what people tell you...even for my ring revs, which I have yet to find an equal playing that low...

How low can they play, without major problems? Looked up specs on cardomain, 900hz is listed as lowest theyll go.....How accurate is that?

Nothing.

The Vifa's go down PLENTY low enough.

XXX6.5's @1.2kHz @24dB/oct and the VifaXT25's pick up @1.6kHz @24dB/oct...

1200 is as low as I would ever play them and feel ok with it...given the price per tweeter...it's not one to get bold with
