TV Tuner/Antenna

I plan on adding an Alpine TV Tuner to work with the W200 in my Explorer. The shop I buy all of my stuff from told me straight up that TV in the vehicle is far from great quality, but I'm stubborn. I was wondering if anyone else could share their personaly experience and opinion, and maybe recommend a particular antenna, or any tips to get the best picture.

I also would like to know that answer and can i run a dvd player along with a tv tuner with monitors? what all do i need ?
