Even some of you pros probably don't use this trick...I sure the hell do.
Google.com is my BEST friend, you can do a shit load of things that people don't even know.
For instance, it has a built in calculator feature....
Go to google.com - in the search bar type: 1 + 1
Now hit enter, and it will give you the result with its built in calculator.
You can also do square root functions...such as: square root(200)
It will return you the result of the square root of 200. Now, you may be asking "where the hell is he getting at".....I'll tell you.
--------------------
Google has a WONDERFUL feature called "inurl". You can search for a page item, that is part of a url. Let me give you an example. This is something I use DAILY to find the best deals.
Go to google.com and type:
inurl:craigslist.org saz-3000D
^^ Copy & paste.
This query will search ALL of craigslist (every city, state, everything) for Saz-3000D....now, you have a HUGE list of everyone all over who's selling a sundown 3000D amp. Now, all you have to do is contact them and ask them to ship it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
Craigslist only allows searches via city, but using this method, you can search everywhere. Be resourceful, be creative, you'll be AMAZED what information you can find.
Matter of fact, if you think the search feature sucks on caraudio.com //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif , go to google, type inurl:caraudio.com and your search item, and I guarantee it'll bring it up //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif Google bots are the shit.
Its great for finding good deals. Another good thing with google is it orders its results by the newest. (only when doing inurl searches).
Now, you know my little secret. Find those deals //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
