I need to know what kind of switch i need to put on my remote wire to be able to toggle my amp off and on, in other words when i go into radioshack and ask the acne prone sales person i want to know what im talking about >//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

its called i don't want my shit jacked out of my car = therefore i turn my amp off in parking lots and on my street... most people i know that have had their cars broken into have had their subs stolen had been trying to impress people with it, and unfortunatly for them they impressed people enough to brake into their cars....

I guess im not as big a baller as you then, huh.....

i have a switch on my power wire. then the remote wire runs from the amp to to the power terminal on the amp. its like a 2 inch wire.

works well but the remote wire probaly works better.

funny i don't have knobs on my head unit... and when im into a song i like to hear it all the way till the end even if that includes sitting in my car for a couple extra minutes....

Also its good for when im driving and my ears need a break... or when i see the police its faster than pressing the volume down button.... at any rate

whats good for the goose isnt good for the gander...

Yea i do believe that is a good idea my friend has a switch and he can just flip the switch and cut off the subs and also sometimes i get in to mood for country or something that has horrible bass and you can just flip that switch and listen to the song.
