tunable radiators?

i was wondering what the perpose of these was, i found these boston subs they look pretty good for the price and theres a tunable radiator, thats the same as it, but what does this do i have no idea what it is, i've seen a car with 3 earthquake 12s and 3 earthquake tunable radiator 12s, do they make it louder? or what

The general rule of thumb is you have to have double the displacement of the driver for the PR...

and if im not mistaken, you can "tune" them by packing the vc with like clay or etc.

for HT yeah. i dont think its real practical for car . tho i never messed with them ever.
