i got a block i bought from a dealer and they wanna charge me 15% restock fee to return so i refuse to deal with them again

it is a 0G in dual 4G out put anl fuse block with green digital volt display and red fuse led status lights i need one with blue display to match my show car he sold me the wrong one and would not make right on it

so it is brand new only hooked up to test i even popped in 2 100 amp fuses

paid 38.00 asking 28 shipped obo let me know need to sell so i can buy one with a blue display
