Trust refurbs... specifically Kicker SX700.4?

I'm looking around and found a sweet deal on a SX700.4 Amp from Hifisounds on E-bay. They say they have 96 available which seems odd, and they are selling cheap. I know certain kicker lines were getting sent back as refurbs because of the loose RCA connections, was the SX700.4 a victim of this flaw?

Or are they just all going up in flames because of board defects?
