trunk work

Easy I have done several installs like this, use card board to make the model. Put the cardboard in the trunk and cut it with an exacto to fit until you have it the size you want, make sure to split the card board into two or three peices (cause you wont be able to fit the one peice into the trunk obviously) then trace it to wood for the false floor and wall, usually I would build boxes and amp racks then do the false wall around it and have it connect with fabric whether it is carpet or vinyl

but how is it that it doesnt move around in the trunk? sorry for all these elementary questions.. just somewhat new to the game.

thanks

you can anchor the panels to the box or anything else you can fab up to keep em in place. its really only limited to what you can think up. if you want i can take my panels off and send you pics on how i did mine. then you can go from there

On the more permanently mounted panels, use simple L brackets purchased from a hardware store, make some, or whatever. If you want to get more fancy and have quick-disconnect panels, like over a crossover or something, make a small panel that's held in place with velcro.
This isn't rocket science, looks like you have had the basics laid out to you in this thread, get abit creative and you'll be an expert in no time.
