Trouble Shooting Aomic 5K EXPERTS CHIME IN

Just remembered a small thing.

The wire can have a capacitative attribute to it, but it is not enough to cause a spark like mentioned. It would be in the range of .0xxpF assuming it was 1/0. Minuscule amounts.

Static sounds the best. :\

Well I tried every possiblity I could come up with and these are the facts

Amp A works fine with the same wires as hooked up to amp b. Amp b only goes straight to protect. There is no direct short to cause this and I definately have enough voltage to turn it on.

Again with both amps strapped Amp A works Amp B in protect.

Amp B Alone Protect Amp A Alone works fine.

Well, amp B is bad in one way or another.

Check if there is a large amount of DC on the output terminals on an attempt to power on.

Check to see if the output terminals seem shorted. I'm not sure if this amp has output side relays, but it is just good to check.

Else wise, you have a problem.
