Trouble, Need Help Please!!

Okay I'm new here and been having an issue with my car audio. I might have hit the RCA's on the power wire terminal on my amp.. I know bad idea it was an accident. I don't know what that does. But, everything powers up and every things good until I want to listen to music and nothing plays until you turn it up extremely high then it's all distorted. I don't know if my cables are bad. But, I've tried different RCA's, different amps, different subs, different head unit and every time it does the same thing. Any suggestions? Or should I just take it into a car audio place? Thank, any feedback is much appreciated!

Can you be more descriptive with what you were doing up until the system crapped out on you? Was the car on when you did this?

I went over a bump in my car once and it kind of shorted out, then I went over a second bump and it completely shut down. Its in a 2007 mazda 6.

I would check all your audio fuses(you can find which ones in your manual). If not something has gotten knocked loose in your wiring. I would start by removing your head unit(radio) and looking at all your connections. Is the radio on but no music? Or is it completely off?

The radio is on the music is just no coming through the speakers unless you turn it on very very high
