Going through some pictures I took on my old, beat to hell phone, and found these.
Sorry for the quality.
I was driving my family's 2007 Grand Prix, my Accord couldn't make it through the water if it tried (too light, not enough torque, sits too low to the ground). And it was in the body shop anyway. But the boat of the Grand Prix with it's anchor of a motor (iron block 3800) and low end torque went through the water as good as many SUV's. Never once had a problem. Well, it did rip off the rear lower trim around the exhaust. Oh well, not a big deal. Clipped right back on. I probably shouldn't have been going 45 mph through a foot of water. At one point I had water come over the hood, that scared the hell out of me, but none got in the engine so it's all good.
All these were taken in Port St. Lucie, Southern Florida. Us along with Melbourne got it the worst, Melbourne is about 60 miles north of us.
