see the forum is just as juvenile as when I left.. People term others disliking things that are dumb or just tasteless as people "hatin". Fact is we don't care.. anyone could have spent $500 for a shitty car and drop a decent engine in it to make a fast turd.. but most people aren't trying to race civics or impress the "People of Walmart" carry on

I love sleepers, but an old American car that you basically know has a v8 isn't a sleeper. Something like a farm truck with an 800 ft. Lb cummins or an old datsun with a 300hp sr20 is much more deserving of the title.

That car is a 4 door tank. Nobody expects those to be fast, regardless of the fact that most came with v8s. Most of those v8's were 305's anyway, which are garbage compared to modern v6's. If he put factory wheels with the hubcaps back on the car, you would never think that car could be fast.

I personally prefer 4 doors greatly over the 2 doors, having a 20 foot long car with 2 doors just doesn't make sense to me. And swapping out the boat anchor 305 for a 350 or big block is just too common to be surprised by it on the streets
