trickle charging batts

So I have my 3 kin 2400s on my trickle charger until I'm ready for my build. What kind of resting voltage should they be seems like I don't get much higher then 13.4 or .5 is that normal or do I need a bigger charger to maintain 14 or so?

Thats is about as high as batts get they dont rest at 14.4 like a car would thats the alt charging thats that high ..anything in the high 12s is fine to be honest
