i need some feedback on this sub, like how is it for daily and what kinda power do guys give it( 18" )

well it does hit hard but it couldnt handle my zapco 9.0 i blew mine ill sell it to you 250 shipped 80 to recone it treo said.

but it is a good sub but i would recommend 2 subs to be on safe side.

thats just the thing, i have heard of qaulity control problems with treo, so thats why i ask... what's in it's class for loud daily streat beater 18" and not the btl...

Dude, I've heard 18" BTL systems vs. 18" SSX systems.. SSX's take it.

I've seen them run on 4k rms daily, they could EASILY take 5k daily.

Tha best damn sounding 18" I've ever heard.. too. It's all in tha install.

my friend has a 15" ssx and he is puttin around 2500 to it and it gets pretty loud off that and the only problems we had were the dustcap not being glued on good enough.....other than that it sounds great and handles the power no prob

I HAVE heard problems w/that, but that is as simple as putting a little bit of glue around tha dust cap.

yeah we gorilla glued that sucker on there and it is great now its jus ugly as hell lookin...but other than that its an awesome sub...but i dont think it could handle 5k daily tho

lol, thanks guys for the feedback, treo dosnt get much recognition anymore it seems, they do still make awesome subs..

what else in its class compares for daily.....

it can handle alot of power i seen them on 5k before treo underates there subs big time.

atomic apxx dosnt it need well over 5 k

and is 500 for the ssx 18 a good price

laughs because ive threw 4kw down 4 speakers and all handled it like a champ. guess some people just dont know how to set gains on amps.

if you ask me treo makes them all differently since my gain on my amp was not evev up hardly and my hu sub controls was at -3 when it blew treo needs to learn to make there subs better cause ssi can handle 1100 rms but my ssx cant handle 2200 rms kinda weird u know. the ssi is rated 750 rms and the ssx is rated 2000 rms so whats the problem here i wander its not the box and not the tuner.

i would recommed treo ssx 18 i have 2 of the with 2 treo ssx 2000.1 on them and no problems yet.and the are loud and sound great.treo rules
