Treo or Rockford Fosgate

OK guys. I have another question. Which amp would be preferred a Treo SSX 750.1 (1500 watts) or a Rockford Fosgate Power T1500-1BD? They would be ran at 1 ohm for maximum output.

I'd go w/ fosgate it will put out more power then the treo. Dont get me wrong treo amps are nice.

rockford. some of the treo amps cannot be fixed when they go down.

I going back to Fosgate. Glad I did not sell my 2 new mini Power series amps. I found out some things about the components between both of the amps and those RFs are built much much better on the inside. On the outside Treo wins. As far as performance its equal I want something that I can keep in my truck for the next 10-15 years and RF has proven that they can do it. Plus a gut feeling tells me to stick with my 2 RF amps.

I don't know nothing about treo amps... but the RF T1500.1bd is a great amp... lots of power and its very small.

t1500-1, amp is a tank and will function at 1/2ohm with good electrical. Its so small too, can't be mad at that

i love my treo amps i have had fosgate as well fosgate makes good products but i like my treo better than i did fosgate.

It's a toss up but I will keep both sets of amps that's for sure.

What kind of problems could Treo amps have that cannot be fixed?

DB-r can fix the Treos just fine. Its really gonna be personal preference on these 2 amps. Both have excellent build quality and are very stout amps.

I took out the Treo amps over the weekend because of that statement that they have problems that cannot be fixed. Personally, the amps sounded excellent, I love the build of them, they rarely got hot if ever and the tuning was very easy. They were both mounted under my seat so they got little if any vibration. If you are saying they can be fixed then they will probably go back in. I loved the amps. I noticed a slight decline in sound quality from putting the RF back in though.

i definately think the treos have a better sound to them but thats just me personal everyone has different taste.both are great amps but i love my treo amps.

I listened to my 2 RF's yesterday most of the day, then reinstalled both of my Treo's and the difference was apparent. The bass hit much harder and my mids and highs were very smooth. No matter how high you turn up the sound it wasn't hard on your ear. Treo is the obvious choice.

treo all the way, excelent build quality, very strong amps, and the sexiest amp on the market. if your interested in a 750.1 i have one. mint condition. let me know
