I think you just learned a lot about this forum, lol. Love the Treme show, but unfortunately don't have HBO myself. Always try to catch whatever episodes I can when at a place with HBO. And yes, the music track is usually quite good. NOLA is probably the richest, most diverse, city in the world music-wise, and the Treme producers have generally done a very good job of including some of its best music and musicians. Nowhere else in the world are there so many internationally known musicians that actually play local gigs, at relatively small venues, on a weekly/regular basis.
