Transfer CD's to Ipod through Itunes?

i found how to import it but its not sending to my ipod

Once its in your library, it should sync with your ipod. Make sure all your settings are allowing itunes to do that.

You're telling me you can tell any audible difference between original CD quality and 360 kbps VBR format?

I've never done a comparison with V0 VBR, never had any to test, but I can tell a difference between 320 CBR and FLAC.

yeah its just for the sake of getting them into the closet and not in my car or semi back and forth. i listen to the ipod while driving my semi and when im hone in my car i have the adapter so it just gos straight through my head unit. i wont trash my cd's just store them somewhere

Try manually hitting sync. Go to the iPod under 'Devices' I believe on the left hand side of iTunes. It'll be called "Whatever's" iPod.

Then there, the bottom right will be a button that says "Sync". Try hitting that?

CBR ftl, especially on songs that require a lot of memory. There are some mp3's at that quality that I can tell a difference between. Not many, though.

I could never tell the difference when using VBR, though. Although I guess I can't say I have a top of the line reference system to test it on. Using less than half the memory is a good deal, though.

i figured it out. the folder from the cd saved to computer after import so i just searched the folder and dragged into to the ipod playlist from desktop

does saving it at a high bit rate make a difference when i play it through my head unit. ive noticed since ive installed my ipod through head unit the audio quality plays real low
