The Yukon is definitely a truck. In fact, in 1995 the company wasn't called "GMC", it was called "GMC Truck." I wanna say they dropped "Truck" from the name a year or two after that. The Jeep, well, it's a Jeep. It kinda looks like a truck, but it's small and unibody.

Yukon no doubt..The jeep is ugly and old, no a/c/headliner ect..The 350 rebuilt or not is just as solid if not more then the jeep's 6. Check the paperwork to see if it's actually been rebuilt.. People throw that word around alot. And you're in fla so unless you go off roading theres no use for 4x4.

The 4.0 is one of the best gasoline engines ever built, reliability wise. That thing will easily run to 300,000 miles. The 350 is great, but not that great.

Eh, that can be said about alot of engines though. But most will never be givin' the opp to be drivin that much before there tossed for whatever reason. The sohc/dohc 4.6's, chevy 305/350's just to name a few have had more of a rep to exceed those miles then a 4.0.

I'm 100% domestic when it comes to cars but i will never ever touch a dodge/jeep..If i have anything good to say about them is that there diesel trucks are good , but still ugly.

I always said the same thing about Chrysler products, then I got my Jeep. I'm still pretty die hard Chevy at heart, but Jeep is earning a soft spot of it's own.

It's just one of those things. It's just that every dodge/chrysler/plymouth i've ever driven/drove in I hated. Granted most were older.

MAYBE if i were to ride in a nice/well taken care of one it could change my views of them. The last 5-6 years they've (selected models) def started looking better. I'm all about going against the grain when picking cars though.. I HATE mass produced cars. I tend to like models that lived fairly short production runs ( in car years) or ones that are uncommon in my area. Mark viii's, Olds Aurora's, Lexus sc's, eldo's ect....

Is a Caprice uncommon in your area? They're extremely common in my area (NW Indiana). Most of them are pieces of sh*t with 24" or bigger rims on them. The joys of living close to Gary... Mine is one of the very few that's mostly original with some tasteful modifications. Mine's probably one of the cleanest driven by anyone under the age of 65.

I don't have the caprice anymore but when I did there weren't many around. I had it back in 02-03..I have a near mint 97mark viii now.

What year was yours? I'm assuming by your username, pre 94 for it to have the 305 in it.

It was a 91..I shaved the hood ordament,antenna, rear trunk bowtie, side molding, color matched grill/door handles and whatever chrome was left over. and re painted it..Had 19's stereo ect ect. It was dope but was getting old. Got rid of it in 04.

I don't know what it is about B body cars, but I'll probably always have one...
