i would still file the complaint with the authorities as this has happened several times to others, and may continue.people like this need to come to justice..it is fraud/theft,and it was admitted,and should be addressed as such.its like saying/stealing from a department store,and runninig/walking out to the parking lot. once caught, and stating well, ill give it back, doesnt work,you still have charges filed for theft weather the item is recovered in good or poor condition,,same thing here..Theft is Theft,,and he finally got caught, and should see no differently than any other thief...charges filed to the fullest point blank.Mail fraud,internet fraud of a business, ect..Rack em up.Im glad that the item got returned, but I see no reason to not continue the charges..I would clean as day continue, to put a stop to at least one of these jokers

well, Id get a hold of the FBI/Homeland Security, and see what can be done since the locals,have an issue taking care of it..Do both Jim,since it was state to state,should fall in the hands of Federal..Im sure there is a federal office within your area
