Yeah its the one from steve. The ias have problems with vibrations and he had it mounted to the box. He had to repair the other one he had too. I've only had 1 good amp blow and it was this one. I also got 150+ out of a pair of audiobahns on this amp, so id say I can do a decent install. The amp never got below 13.5volts while I had it. Just bad design. But db-r says he strengthens the parts so they don't come apart

I had 800lbs of batteries and a highamp alt and it would drop to 12.5 volts on a burp every time with just 2 amps. G/L with your next amp

i was just going by what others told me. not blaming you for it or anything, shit happens. i would buy another one from you if you had one. i never pushed it hard, thats why it never went below 13.5. once i saw the volts dip, i would turn it down.

back to the trade, got the amp, looks good. havent gotten a chance to power up yet but the internals look good

Are you just guessing at that number are do you have a TL?

I had one of those dbm meters that was calibrated with a tl pretty much right before I used it. The meter only goes up to 150 and I had it maxed out. So around 150 +/- about .3db

compared to what the amp can do, it never went hard. the subs were pushed to the limit.

would have but didnt have enough money. im going single sub setup too, so the sundown is great for the sub
