Yea guys looks like this awesome deal is on hold for now. Don't know what happened but probably something dumb I'm overlooking, I thought it was some speaker wires touching inside the sub box but that wasn't it, I tried running it at 3.2 nominal and .8 nominal, same issue with both; plays for awhile sometimes then goes into protect but only when the volume is lowered... Like it plays fine loud but if I turn it down the protects sometimes. Also sometimes I turn on my truck and the amp goes straight I to protect.

Anyways, I will be redoing all my grounds today or tomorrow, hoping it's just that.

Correct. After redoing my grounds and power that didn't help, also redid speaker wires and that did not. But I redid my Rca's and my remote wire and I have not had a problem since I did that, amp has not protected since.
