rockford fosgate 1000bd (fully functional)

and

Rainbow CMX 6.5 kicks (fully functional)

for his

JL 1000/1 broken(turns on but no sound is emitted)

Day of agreement over phone between us - dec 18, 2008

i have just sent him this pm

"sry im bombarding ya with pms.

but since ima be in europe i will hardly be able to communicate.

i am leaving at 9 in the mornng for a 3 hour drive to the airport and ups doesnt open till 10 but my work will be open at 9, so i will give it to them (they are next to a ups store)and tell them they need to shiip it by 11 oclock and call me and give me tracking. then i can txt it to u or call u. but by 12 oclock i will need the tracking number from u so i am still in the states as the transaction is goin on.

so both of us will have tracking numbers sent by 12 pm noon.

if you couldnt get it shipped ill cancel my shipment because of previous deals ive found out it is better not to do the trade once there is any doubt.

hopefully we wont have o wait till i get back in 12 days"

everythn went fine on the trade, but he didnt mention there was ahuge chunk of heatsink missing on the outside of the amp. im sorta angry bout that since he said it was like new
