ATTENTION: THIS AGREEMENT IS STRICTLY BETWEEN TRIPLEB45 AND BRADFORDPOOLE. PLEASE DO NOT POST IN THIS THREAD UNLESS YOU ARE ONE OF THE TWO PARTIES OR A MODERATOR.
This is a confirmation and contract between tripleb45 and bradfordpoole that states:
Tripleb45 is trading bradfordpoole his Boss touch screen HU that is missing the remote control and NOTHING is wrong with it. It is in great condition and has minor scratches (barely noticable) for bradfordpoole's Double din Valor indash that is said to be a touch screen also and has NOTHING wrong with it and doesn't have a remote control. Along with bradfordpoole's Panasonic Hu that also does not come with the remote control and had NOTHING wrong with it either. The trade is taking place because bradfordpoole's in dash does not fit in his truck, and he is throwing in the panasonic hu because tripleb45 has to make a molding for the valor indash and will need a cd player. Tripleb45 is trading because he needs something that does not flip out and with his new build he does not want to risk damaging the flip out in dash with the rattling from his vehicle. He would rather have double din and bradfordpoole presented one. The panasonic hu is for tripleb45 to immediately use because he has to make a mold for the new HU.

So out of seniority bradfordpoole will ship first and agrees.
Tripleb45 will ship immediately after he has received the tracking # and bradfordpoole will receive his tracking # immediately after tripleb45 ships the package.
Both packages will be shipped either through UPS or Fed Ex and will be packaged in bubble wrap and anything else that helps. Upon arrival of the items they will be tested and examined to determine that they were as they were described. No money is involved and both parties are paying their own shipping. There should be NOTHING wrong with either parties items upon arrival. So in other words NO D.O.A's.
This contract will be agreed by both parties before the items ship out and after the items are received the examined.
The trade will take place sometime between 11-17-09 and 11-19-09

Oh yeah if for any reason anything is wrong with the traded items a pic with username and description of the problem MUST be posted IMMEDIATELY.

Edit: It has just come to my attention that bradfordpoole's indash may not be touch screen
