town restricting the amount of watts

Even if it passed it'd probably be pretty hard to enforce. Only the retards who play loudly with their windows down ( the ones that deserve to get tickets) would get caught. Its kinda like saying u can't have a knife in ur car while driving, unless ur swinging it out the window it's gonna be hard for them to get u for it. Unless ur driving under the influence and they decide to search ur car for illegal substances and benchtest ur amp at the same time //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Well, I hear ya, but here in Ohio we have or had anyway (been a few years since this happened.)a law that says if they can hear your stereo more than so many feet, they can enfore the law and site you. Happened to my mom's friend who is in her late 40's. She was at a light, had her stereo blarring and she got ticketed and it was over 100 bucks. Here is the kicker, it was a fawking factory sound system. No amp, no subs, just 2 6'1/2's and 2 6x9's in a convertiable. I would be so pissed at that. Now that is a retarded law.
