tounge piercing

My tongue did swell, talked with a lisp for 2 weeks. Slirpees were my friends because Ice chunks wouldnt fit into my mouth. I had a knot around the post for about 3 weeks. It took a full year to truely heal. Always have extra barbells handy you will bit quite a bit of plastic ones in half(the metal is bad for your teeth) When giving oral, my tongue would swell up afterwords for a day or two but now it is all ok...tuff little muscle!! And yeah those vibrateing barbells are killer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i know a girl in my class who has her tongue pierced and the bad part is she talked so slurred WITHOUT the **** tongue ring u cant even hardly understand what she says now...imo they are not sexy on a girl...unless she gives ya head

you cant even see mine when I am talking...It is done at a slant so that it sets back on the top of my tongue...most people have to talk with me for a long time to even notice it..I didnt have it done to show off to people, I dont play with it either. It is a part of me like a peice of jewlery...........

I had my tongue pierced a few years back. Didnt hurt at all, it was like a little pinch. Hurts a whole hell of a lot more when you bite your tongue. I took advil to prevent swelling and two days later I was eating steak. I talked fine with it too, my family didn't even know I had gotten it done until I told them. Most people never even notice I have one. Everyone is different as far as healing goes though, you could be fine in a few days or you could be like cutekitty. I also had another friend who got it done and he couldn't eat normal food for like 2 weeks, poor ba5tard. The one thing to keep in mind though is that Listerine will become your best friend.
