Hm, is the SQ that much better from the Poly-K -> Utopia? Or, like you said, will I be more than very happy with the poly-k?
And with the amp, I should not worry about powering the rear doors? I was thinking maybe that RF 801x to juice the front with 100x2 as well as the mids (which I have no knowledge of) in the back?

Speaking of mids, what are good ones to get? =)

If your gonna spend 500 on components might as well get 1000 amp.

801x is $329 @ etronics, and being that I live in NYC that is no shipping nor tax (if paid in cash) and probably even bargaining =)

i havent heard the utopias but from what people say theyr amazing. but yes im sure u will be happy with the polykevlars. how much is that rockford amp? Pretty much any 2 channel amp will be good enough. look at US acoustic amps on thezeb.com nice and cheap and put out the rated power. Also look at CDT classics many people get those and are very happy with them. thezeb.com has them for like half off.
