I'm sorry but NO you can't hear a difference....I've heard them and wasn't impressed.. I just love the famous "properly setup system" to justify a purchase....LOL

Yes, I have the Plats, couldn't pass up the deal... I'm going to be selling them soon and heading to the Profi's and calling it a day!
