I like the list better than last year. But first how the hell Ross make the list, he's wack, but not exceptional to be put in the top 10. Also even though Outkast didnt put out an album Andre 3000 should still be higher, I mean jezz they have three classic albums, ATLiens, Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik and Aquemini.
