JR, the VP of usamps (for those of you who don't know), has a crapload of subs and speakers to get rid of from his garage. And he wants me to sell them //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif All these are BNIB (to my knowledge) ill let you all know other wise.

don’t know much about them but here is whats on their site:

HOLLYWOOD SOUND INTERNATIONAL and its' sister OEM factory and parts supplier, The Sprecher Works Corp. (est. 1986), underground companies that developed and produced speakers and parts for others in car audio: Rockford Fosgate, MTX, Phoenix Gold, Helix, RCF, Rainbow, Nakamichi, Velodyne, Eminence, Hifonics, Crunch, Lanzar, Autotek, Ultimate, RTO, Planet Audio and Boss among others. [lol i find it funny how the quality of equipment went down the line hehe]
In 1995, frustrated of giving away technology they developed their own trademarks and product. Working with engineers, installers, competitors and auto manufacturers to further refine their products. Achieving the ultimate combination of unparalleled reliability and relentless performance. Smashing records; taking world titles at a fraction of the cost of competing products.

Bump for some great subs, I ran the Hollywood Excursion 1280ds for years and they just performed flawlessly....I still use a pair in my home setup...

If you do a search of my posts you will see that when I first joined this forum that I recommended the Excursions as a inexpensive option to some of the high dollar subs and boy did the forum nazi's come after me hehehehhe..

Again bump for a great sub that's inexpensive and has taken lots of trophies at comps.......//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif :D //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

yeah ummm you can send one to me if you want...and i'll hold it in my hands...and ship it back to ya...you already have my address //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif j/k.....seems like they're great subs....wish i had the room for em

no i havent...... however, i think i told you this, the hollywoods are like the alpine type RRRRR's they share a lot of the same build.
I was unimpressed with the whole alpine line-up when I demo'd them, of course it wasn't in car but in any case I'm not looking to be impressed for $100... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Type-R level comps would be well worth $100..... I'll LYK within a couple days....

The x2-pro-12d sub is reviewed in the february issue of performance auto and sound...they love this sub...I think u can find i t online at audiolabsonline.com...I might just have to get 1 of these for my room...
cool beans! unfortunately i cant get passed the intro haha

but rite now im tryin to mod my box to fit the PRO so ill give you a review as well.

I got my coaxials today, Hopefully I'll be able to get them in in the next few days. Is that funky plate on the back removeable for a little more clearance? I see allen scews holding it on, but didn't want to take them out until I knew whether I'm pulling the rest of the magnet off too.
