Tones

I'm creating test tones, I can either use Audacity or Cool Edit Pro 2.1. My question is do I create them in mono or stereo? I would think mono but the ones on ROE are 32-bit Stereo float. If i can get an answer within the next hour that would be great because I'm goin to need one before I go to a comp. I know they will probably have one there, but I dont wanna chance anything. Either way will be fine. The output to the subs is mono anyways. If you have stereo channels, they are combined to mono. So either way you want to do it.

Does anyone have a test tone .zip file they can throw to me? All the test tones links I have seen here aren't working. I did have them somewhere, but I can't find them now.
