*waits for pm's to be posted*
who does 150's at 35hz????? who does that?
actually the blazer did it with the pair of R 12's too, with the 2500d at 1 ohm, 153.0 on the dash at 36hz.
153.5 at the headrest @ 36hz, did 153.3 at meca finals... running on a 50 amp fuse.
151.0 at 28hz in the kick, never tried it on the dash.
Also pulled a 151.1 on the dash at 38hz today in the blazer... with one R 15 and the orion at 1 ohm. I have some vids of this one and that box will be in the for sale section shortly.
Theorys FTW!

if I would have went the other way it would have been a theory.
3db LOSS with half the power... thats called generous. I wasn't bragging, I was proving a point. Someone that is 10+db quieter says they don't have the big 2500 watt amp... only 800. Well, I just had to set some misconceptions straight.
You must really think I'm stupid don't you?? Just because the box says 1500 watts means it will do it?? LOL....man that's the lamest remark I've ever heard. In order to achieve that 1500 watts....into 2 ohms, not 1, the engine must be running along with a strong electrical system. Period. Interesting to see well above 1500 watts by some people that have the same amp actually pull off 1700 watts give or take a few and thats at full power. But yet you say that'll never happen.
not under your conditions, which is what the PM was about //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif. Once again, just a reality check.
You talk all this stuff to me over AIM about not posting in threads simply to avoid b.s., even when i have experience in the situation......
You dont have experience in ANY of this stuff, and you're telling me to shut up.
I got an idea, how about you never post in any thread that you don't have first hand experience in, and avoid your bullshit posts all together.
You act like i'm the hypocritical one here, well how about you practice what you preach and not post in this thread ever again. You have no right to post here anyways. So go f*ck yourself.
Post where you have experience, what a concept? I though that was called being helpful?
Nah... buy these woofers Ive never seen/heard because they are big and shiny //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif . Don't buy those woofers I have never seen/heard because I dont like "insert brand here".
You see me in type R threads because I have extensive experience with them. You DONT see me in MTX threads because I have honestly not used any of their products... other than the 81000, and the 1501d. And what do you know, the 81000 pops up and I post my experience with it.
Sorry for having real world experience?
Please stop pm me with your top notch knowledge. If you both are so smart and have all this knowledge, I dunno why an audio manufacturer won't hire you. I do with what stuff I have and what SPL meter is near me. I could careless what systems you guys have had customers had and "hit 150 with 1 10 and only 550 watts"....good for you. Do I really care?? No. So please, end it now.
I took it to PM because whatever thread we were in was locked. You were pushing your 146 with the 2 JL 15's on the oddball meter as if it was an extremely respectable score... I just wanted to put things into perspective. You were pushing your 140 on the epic with the 4 10's as "it'll be so much louder with more power", and said you didnt have those box 2500 watt amps to work with.. and again, wanted to put things into perspective.
Sorry to burst your bubble.
As far as an audio manufacturer, huh? Check the sig //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
