there is a place that is way closer then sugar grove, I used to bowl in elk grove and there is a large forest along the highway that mexicans always blast mariachi music and never get harassed. It is called busse woods and the fishing is good too.

Busse woods, from what I've been told, is patrolled by officers.

Plus elk grove village is actually farther away for me than sugar grove.

yes it is but they are FP police they just make sure there is no underage drinking and bottles are more than 50 feet from the road. I don't think they would care and if you look at a map houses are so far away if you pick the right spot no one would hear it from there. I think the forest is actually in shaumburg and 1 minute off the highway.

Apparently you haven't been to sugar grove.

Its in the middle of a cornfield, with literally nothing around it.

People have looked into busse woods before, and said that cops can be a real problem there.

i have been there i know its way out in the middle of no where. about 2 hours away to nowhere. busse has been a problem in the past then O well sugar grove it is. I do agree it is bust free maybe an indoor spot could be used if it is still kept closer to home.

If it satisfies some people, I can look into busse woods. It's about the same drive for me either way.

The only thing I don't like about sugar grove is that its super **** windy all the time because there's absolutely nothing in the area.

I do like the fact that sugar grove is bust free but that wind would screw with my deep fryer if I where to bring it. How ever at busse woods or any place like that even the woods down south by you would be way more wind free.

I had originally looked at forest preserves in the past but a lot of people said for me not to bother because of noise violations, police, and so forth.

I guess I could look into it again if it interests enough people.

Anywhere that we are not going to be harassed by the cops is a must. Funny that you would get harassed by some park rangers in mount me hats for playing your stereo:crazy:

i will call my friends brother and see if he knows more about if it will get harassed or not he is a Sgt in elk grove and runs the K-9 even though he is not FP he may know more. I just have been there a bunch before bowling and seen so many mexicans blasting crap and no one ever cared.
