Looks like a pretty normal guy to me. Probably dressed that way, so people don't know who he is.

It reminded me of the matrix/that one movie with the guns in the guitar case, put together. Looks like he's got something nice with the flowers and all..and then bam..starts unloading lol.

Just saw those movies the past month and it was on my mind when I saw that pic.
