They are probably IRFP064N -- that is generally what FET is used in the power supply on the TO-247 case.
easy to replace but i dont have time... db-r.com can fix it.. or audiotekx that will charge 150...
the amp is 2500 new and 1500 competitor price... plus if i fix it i will never have the charging system to use it...
500 plus shipping and paypal fees is like new condition but the power supply section FETS are blown.
only trades is leesser power mono amps... im lookign for a zx2500.1
