iam just trying to find out if my stock blazer alt is gunna be enough for my system ,iam gunna start my install next week but i dont know if i am gunna need a new alt iam gunna do the big 3 with 1/0 and ive got a optima yellow upfront and in the back and the amps are a zx2500.1 and azx650.4??????help please

depends on how hard you play your system and how many amps your going to be pulling. I ran a viper d2500.1 on stock system but was only pulling a 4ohm 1500 watt load and I was fine.. my lights dimmed at night if I played it hard.. but as long as I gave some extra time to charge the bat back I was good to go.

well my sub amp does about 2500-2800rms at 2ohm and my 4chan does like 500 give or take and iam gunna be beating the hell out of this setup mainly at comps tho

how big is your stock alternator, and you are running a back battery right?

i beleave its 105-or110 amps factory and yep got a yellow top in the back also

Yt in the back? Just make sure you have a good front battery too. You might pass then. But running 3k will pull alot of current

ya ive got a yt up front and in the back..i hope it will be ok with the stock alt...the only way to find out is to start my install...
