to anyone on college (NTC ISP & cable)

my apartment complex here at school is changing ISP's from some horrible company to NTC.

Does anyone know anything about them, they provide internet and cable for alot of colleges around the country?

I was hoping to hear that they have great internet so i can get my xbox live to work and get my browsing up to speed.

the cable is being upped from 35 to 105 channels btw....
