He Has Still Not Returned My Money Or Sent My Phone....so If You Know Him Tell Him I Will Be Notifying The Police In His Area....paypal Said That The Dispute Was In My Favor, But They Could Not Recieve Any Funds From His Account. This Has Been Going On Way Too Long!
