req, i respect you very much and have learned alot from you, but don't you even begin to think that you can judge the shit that i've been through let alone what my parents have been through. if we lost this house, my car, my room and all of our money but we still had our family, then i couldn't give a shit. what i have is not important mainly because it is what i am that IS important. the fact that my dad got me an honestly POS 96 altima for a good 1100 bucks was to attest to me how he and my mom grew up. i worked all year round to get that car looking good. then the ****er started stalling on me, even when in intersections. THATS why i have that galant, not so that i can be a stuck up ***** like marshall, but so that i wouldn't die from losing control of my car. all the things in my room? except for actual bookcases and a bed, everything i worked for and paid for. all audio equipment? worked for and paid for. you have no idea how grateful i am to have parents who essentially survived all odds from how they grew up in west philly to be the professionals they are today. never ONCE on here do you see me talk about how much money i have. never ONCE do i talk about my parents giving me things. never ONCE have i made fun of anyone because of what they have or have not. my parents raised me to learn what the real world is like and how they had to come to be who they are. there are NO handouts in my family and we've been through more shit in the past 8 years than probably people on this forum will in their entire lifetimes. so again, before you judge who i am because of the material things you THINK i have, look again and see if those even really exist.
