To: 350z Owners, or ones that worked on one..

Start by popping up the bezel around the shifter. If its an auto, then pop up the ring around the shifter first. There's two gold screws back in the dash that have to come out, and then two screws holding the white box, i've never really looked into what it is exactly. If you pull the box out towards you, then it will be easier to work, just don't turn your ignition on with anything unplugged.

Next open the door for the compartment and remove two small screws holding the little cover in place. Then remove the two screws behind that. Next the whole bezel comes off in one piece. Its kind of a pain though because the gauges up top don't have a long harness and you'll have to unplug it while trying to hold the dash in such a way as to not scratch anything.

The only other thing is to make sure you ground the radio to metal since nissans don't have a ground in the harness. Not hard to work on, just have to do it step by step.
