TO 247 Mosfets

I'm not sure, but I've heard they use different qualities of similar components, so I'm assuming if the Crunch GP3k ($450) uses larger cased transistors, the sundown and atomic would do the same considering the higher price tag allows higher quality components.

But, don't take that for the truth, just an assumption. I remember stumbling across the SAZ3k's transistor type, but I can't find it now. Maybe Jacob or Chris or someone else who repairs amps can chime in.

Either... I am curious what they use for transistors.
I linked to the transistors used in the GP3000D-Pro.

They are made by International Rectifier, and are model number IRFP360LC or IRFP360LCPbF (latter one is Pb Free, no lead, making it RoHS compliant)
