Tnng about running 2 sets of comps. Can I do a 6.5" and a 5.25"

Well, the title pretty much says it all. I pretty much just want my front stage to be louder. Will it hurt anything if I run 2 sets, one 6.5" and one 5.25"?

I found these speaker pods for my truck and was thinking about getting them, and mounting my tweets in my door panels. I'll be running them passive and prolly sell my DSC480 and get a 4125 to power them. Im not looking for absolutely perfect imaging, I jsut want to know if there is going to be any cancellation issues or something.
