Sometimes people buy the entire set instead of just getting the comps and tweeters as it retains a better resale value. It's only about a $25 difference with the crossovers plus you get the pretty box.

So yes, it's quite possible the OP is going active even though he got the passive crossovers with the set.

I just did not see anywhere the op said he was going active(which was stated by bikinpunk) maybe I missed it, of course its an option duh, but I doubt with the stock HU or and extra proc like bikinpunk is asking about

I am not going active...using the Rainbow crossovers in bi-amp configuration per 6spdcoupe (Don).

Awesome! I can't wait to get my TL-S. End of the summer. Funny, cause the Rainbow mids/highs are what I'm looking into also. Keep up posted!
