Tired of my L7s

I had the L7's and upgraded to the DD 9512's... the SQ is alot better and the DD handles more power for my SPL setups...

But he only has the enough power to push a single 2500,So u could do this try 1 L7 on that amp and see what happens,Or u can pick up a DD 2500/Audioque 2.5 12" put it in DD's recommend port box and yes tune 40hz it will still bang the lows.

I swaped out my 2 12" L7s for 2 12" Q's....I LOVED the upgrade.

yes, going from 2 12" L7's to a mmats juggernaut...

dont think ill be going back to kickers anytime soon ... (not to say they are bad... but there is much better out there)

u can get kicker l7s to sound clean you just have to turn down the settings

for instance i use my remote bass knob.. if i want to BOOM BOOM shake everything on the street i turn my bass knobb up. If i wan clean but stil hard hitting bass i turn it almost all the way down and it sounds great

I still got a refurb 2002 12" L5 it anit goin now where..I think I got a special one,I beat on that fukker for a while lol.I like kicker l5/l7s they got loud in just about every car/truck I have had.HD3s ftw though,Hopefully I will get my new eletrical system started so I can stick a DD 9917 behind my head FTW.

Mee too, I sold my w6v2 to my cuz to upgrade for a 13W7, but found the it EXtreemly Expensive, so I might just get 2 10l7s in a mx rec enclosure size to get sum Lows. I dont think they will sound as bad as people say. and I refuse to get the dub 6v2 again, They're a bit fragile. my old ones were making a buzz sound when played at low volume, they were hooked up to a 1000/1, which I still have. so I have a good amp for subs. I'm interested on a high excursion sub, thats why I wanted the W7.
