Is it illegal to attempt to buy drugs and end up with fake drugs that AREN'T illegal?

Yeah doing them together is a bad idea. I don't know why but they don't mix well and the affects on you can be random. The first time I mixed them the dxm just magnified the coke and it was a great time. Then the next time I did them both, just doing one line of coke made me overheat and throw up.

yeah like, he said his heart rate jumped up randomly like a shit ton of times, and then he was like convulsing, and he went from being really tired and depressed to wanting to go outside, it was a weird night for him

I was watching cops and this happened. No one got in trouble, but the cops did laugh at the person trying to buy drugs.
