I used to be on here for hours at a time. I'd say at least 2 hours/day.
Now, I'm lucky if I'm on here for 20 minutes.

I work three days a week 14 hour days so I am on here from pretty much 10:30-12:30 (14 hours) on and off all day on those days. If I really get bored I will click the new posts link and weed through those.

Used to be more then 5 a day. Now it's usually about 30 min, unless I have a thread I started and Im watching, then it's more like an hour to an hour and a half.
