Time for a new ride

i have come to the decision that I am going to get a new car. Not brand new, but new to me. I currently drive a 2001 Cavalier. I'm looking for a 5 or 6 speed, good gas mileage. Doesn't have to be fast but I wouldn't complain. Also prefer year 2000 or up. No more than $20,000. i want to do a nice SQ system in this as well so something that will image nicely.

Ive looked at:

Dodge SRT-4

Dodge Stratus R/T

Chevrolet Cobalt

Pontiac G5

Honda Accord

Acura TL

What have I missed?

I prefer 2 door or hatch. but I love TLs so would take a 4 door. as far as i know there is only one version of the srt4.

I am leaning towards a manual stratus, the SRT4, or some BMWs ive seen for under 20 grand.

There is an M5 for 20,999 locally with 120k miles, with that mileage will the car last very long?

it might last, but when maintenance is needed it will be crazy expensive

My dad had a caliber and I always thought it would be cool for a system. could easily put 8s, maybe even 10s in the doors if i wanted. Not my kind of car though.
