Time correction?

I have a alpine CDA9853 is it worth setting up the time correction for the speakers?

I have a regular cab sierra.

Sure its worth it......

Try it and see if it helps your setup. If not, you can always reset it.

Yes it's worth it, assuming you don't just turn it on. It takes hours to get it set up correctly, however once done right it can really be beneficial. It will in most cases throw off the imaging for the rest of the car so your passengers won't be too happy, but who cares about their passengers anyway. Basically just read up on it, search it, and dedicate a day to it.
